Whether we customize our stock caps with embroidery and screen-printing or we dial up a fully customized cap, Walz Caps can create a unique, quality cycling cap that fits your needs.
As part of our custom program, we offer quantity discounts to cycling clubs, teams, events and organizations. From the information below, please determine the customization you are interested in and inquire about volume discounts at info@walzcaps.com.

EMBROIDERY
| Embroidery: | Our professional, high-quality embroidered logos and text use a soft embroidery backing, which provides a comfortable feel even when worn under the helmet. Embroidery provides a high-end look with unlimited colors. |
| Art: | Any file accepted. JPEG and PDF preferred. |
| Lead time: | Ten business days on existing stock. Custom or large orders take approximately two to four weeks. |
| Note: | Sorry, but we can not embroider on the bills of our caps. |

Silk screen logos or text on two sides and/or bills of cotton blend or moisture wicking caps. |

| Note: | Can not silk screen on wool caps. |

FULL CUSTOM - SUBLIMATION

| Full Custom - Sublimation: |
We can create fully customized caps to match cycling kits or specific PMS color requirements by sublimating white moisture wicking material to desired color(s). Sublimation is a printing process which dyes the fabric with color and is commonly used on cycling jerseys. |
