Returns

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order # and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items if they are:

  • In original condition.
  • Unwashed and unworn (except for trying on).
  • Accompanied by original tags.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You must pay for return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect.
  • There are no additional charges for returns.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and should show up within a few business days.

Exchanges

 

How do I exchange?

  • Enter your order # and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved.

 

What items are exchangeable?

You can exchange your items if they are:

  • In original condition.
  • Unwashed and unworn (except for trying on).
  • Accompanied by original tags.
  • The exchange is for the same product in a different size and/or color.

 

Are there any charges for exchanges?

  • There are no charges for exchanges.
  • You will need to purchase shipping to return the original item to us.
  • You will not be charged for shipping the new item to your address.

 

How soon will I get my exchange item?

  • Once your exchange return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your exchange.
  • Once you are approved, your new item will be shipped within our normal fulfillment times.
